On a completely different note, a few weeks back I walked into our living room to see this:
Unfortuntely I don't have a before picture, but just imagine a beautiful, full, long-leafed plant--leaves reaching to the bottom of the planter....The culprit:
Apparently we had a sick puppy and at the time the ground was covered in snow and there was no grass to eat to make his tummy feel better. So owner's spider plant had to do.... He tried my aloe vera too, but promptly spit that out--all over the living room.
